How are shipping charges determined?
Shipping charges are calculated by weight and shipping destination.
When will my package ship?
We ship using FedEx Ground and FedEx Express within the United States. All orders received before 3pm Eastern Time on a business day (Monday – Friday) will be shipped that same day. Anything placed after 3pm will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Do you ship 7-days a week?
We do not ship on weekends or Federal Holidays.
When does Fed Ex deliver to my address?
FedEx delivers to home address Tuesday – Saturday and commercial buisnesses Monday – Friday. The delivery window can be as late as 6pm for commercial and 8pm for residential addresses. Please take this into account when determining your delivery date.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
We are able to ship to a PO box, but cannot guarantee freshness, as many products will sit. All orders to a PO Box must be done over the phone – 800-627-8699.
Will you redeliver or redirect a package?
Please be certain of your address before ordering. Incorrect addresses will cause a delay in delivery and will result in a $12 fee for corrections, which will appear on your credit card statement as a separate charge. Make sure you include a correct phone number and apartment or suite number if applicable. If a package is returned to Rowena’s you will be charged to reship the package.
How can I track my package?
A FedEx shipping confirmation will be emailed to you if you provide an email address with your order. You will be able to track your package if an email address is provided.
