Do you have a return policy?

While we are unable to accept returned cakes, we do want to make sure you have a delcious experience.  If you are unhappy with your cake, please call us and we will do our best rectify the situation.


Do you ship overseas?

 We sure do.  Overseas shipping is done through the US Postal Service. 

 

Do you have gluten free products?

Not at this time.  We understand the strong demand and continue to research options.

 

How long does it take for a cake to get to me?

We ship all of our products through Fed Ex (international USPS).  Under that agreement you should receive your package in 3 business days.  Please note that any order placed after 3pm will not ship until the following day.  Please also note that Fed Ex delivers late into the night.  If you are needing a package early on a particilar day, plan to have it arrive the day prior.

 

What is the shelf-life of the products?

Our cakes are good up to 6 months if kept in the freezer.  They will last in the refrigerator 3 weeks, but must remain wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.  They will last for 3 days on the counter, longer if you keep it wrapped.  We recommend that you keep it in the freezer.

Our jar products will last for 1 year un-opened and 6 months after they are opened.

When is my credit card processed?

Your credit card will not be processed until the day your order is shipped.  If an email is provided, you will receive an invoice from Rowena’s when the card is processed.
