We strongly recommend freezing Rowena's cakes even for a short period of time. The process improves the moisture level of the cakes.

Oh, yes! Rowena Fullinwider is founder and president of the company and works at the factory daily.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the products in your order. Please use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart to calculate the cost.

When will you ship my order?
Merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order.

Do I have to pay shipping charges for each address?
Yes, I'm afraid so.

How will I know how to use Rowena's products?
A recipe sheet is included in every order.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, but due to perishability, our cakes must be shipped by air express through the US Post Office. Please call for shipping charges.

Can I ship to a P. O. box?
Yes, but we have no way of tracking your package or predicting a delivery time. Whenever possible we recommend shipping to a physical address.

Are your products guaranteed?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any product is unsatisfactory, please let us know. We will refund your money or send a replacement. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship the gift you ordered, we will select a similar gift of equal or greater value in order to ensure timely delivery.
